4-Second Escape
Every ball gets a countdown. Find the gap and slip out before time runs out — miss it

everyone still moving.

How it works: every ball spawns with its own countdown (shown as a
shrinking ring around it). While the timer runs, the ball bounces around normally and
can slip out through the boundary's gap, which continuously rotates around the ring —
same elastic bounce as the other circle demos, and a ball clears the gap the instant
it touches that open arc, no extra travel required, so a rotating gap can't shut on it
mid-exit. The instant a ball's timer hits zero — frozen, wherever it happens to be —
its velocity is zeroed out, it shatters into a small cluster of gray voxel shards, and
a brand new ball spawns from the center to take its place, so the arena always keeps
the same number of balls in play. Frozen shards don't disappear: they stay exactly
where they froze and become permanent obstacles that still-active balls bounce off
of, the same as the outer wall. Use Spawn Wave to throw in extra balls on top and
watch the arena slowly fill in with "ice" — each new wave's path to the gap gets more
cluttered, and more of a genuine race against the clock.
